Redacted Research Affiliate Program Terms 1. Overview The Redacted Research Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring customers to Redacted Research ("Company") using unique affiliate links or codes. Participation in the Program constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. 2. Eligibility & Approval Affiliates must be approved prior to participation. Company may approve, reject, or remove Affiliates at its sole discretion, at any time. 3. Commission & Discount Structure Default Setup Unless otherwise specified in writing by Company, the default Affiliate setup is: – Affiliate payout: 20% of Commissionable Net Profit per Qualified Sale – Buyer discount: 10% off when a valid Affiliate code is used Qualified Sale Definition A "Qualified Sale" must be: – Completed and paid – Not refunded, charged back, or disputed – Not the Affiliate's own purchase Commissionable Net Profit Calculation Commissions are calculated on Commissionable Net Profit, defined as: Gross Order Value – Discounts – Refunds / Chargebacks – Taxes – Payment Processing Fees – Product Cost (COGS) – Company partner split or platform allocation, where applicable Discount Scope & Attribution Configuration By default, Affiliate discounts and attribution rules are configured in the Affiliate profile and may be set to first-order or every-order behavior depending on Company policy. Discretionary Adjustments Company may, at its sole discretion, adjust commission rates, discount values, discount scope, and attribution settings for individual Affiliates in special cases. No performance tier or automatic rate increase is guaranteed. 4. Attribution & Tracking A referral is attributed only if: – Customer signs up using the Affiliate's unique referral link, OR – Customer completes checkout using the Affiliate's code Attribution Model Last valid attribution wins. Cookie duration: 60 days. Important No link/code = no commission. Company is not responsible for tracking failures, cookie loss, or user error. 5. Payout Terms Monthly, Net-30. Payment methods: ACH, Wire, Zelle. No minimum payout threshold. W-9 required prior to any payout. Company may withhold payouts for: – Fraud review – Refund/chargeback windows – Policy violations 6. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may NOT: – Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims – Represent products as intended for human consumption – Make medical or disease-related claims – Use spam, unsolicited outreach, or deceptive tactics – Impersonate Redacted Research 7. Brand Usage Brand name usage is allowed. Direct linking and QR code promotion is allowed. However: – No impersonating official domains, accounts, or staff – No misleading representation of affiliation or ownership 8. Self-Referral & Abuse Affiliates may NOT earn commissions on their own purchases. This includes: – Using personal email, payment methods, or accounts – Purchasing through related parties (friends, family, employees, shell accounts) – Creating duplicate or fake customer accounts Affiliate Self-Use Discount Affiliates may use their own Affiliate code for a 20% discount on their own purchases. These self-purchases are not commission-eligible and do not generate Affiliate payouts. Violation = commission forfeiture + possible termination. (No, you can't loop your own orders and call it "marketing." Nice try.) 9. Advertising Policy Affiliates are responsible for complying with all advertising platform rules, including but not limited to platforms operated by Google and TikTok. Affiliates may NOT: – Run ads that violate platform policies – Use misleading or non-compliant product claims – Create ads that risk domain, payment processor, or account bans – Use cloaking, redirects, or "black hat" tactics Restricted Advertising Bidding on brand terms is allowed unless otherwise restricted by Company. Company reserves the right to restrict or prohibit specific ad channels or keywords at any time. If an Affiliate's activity results in: – Ad account bans – Domain blacklisting – Payment processor issues The Company may immediately terminate the Affiliate and withhold commissions. 10. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement The Company actively monitors for fraudulent or abusive activity, including but not limited to: – VPN / proxy abuse to manipulate attribution – Coupon or affiliate code leaks to public deal sites – Unauthorized discount distribution – Artificial traffic generation (bots, click farms, etc.) – Conversion manipulation or tracking interference Enforcement Rights The Company reserves the right to: – Reverse commissions – Withhold payouts – Permanently ban Affiliates – Investigate and audit traffic sources All determinations of fraud or abuse are made at the Company's sole discretion and are final. 11. Refunds, Chargebacks & Adjustments Commissions are reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud. If already paid: – Deduct from future payouts, or – Invoice Affiliate for repayment 12. Termination Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination: – Affiliate must cease use of links, codes, and branding immediately Company may withhold unpaid commissions if violations occurred. 13. Independent Contractor Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing creates: – Employment – Partnership – Joint venture 14. Limitation of Liability Company is not liable for: – Indirect or consequential damages – Lost revenue or opportunities – Tracking/system failures 15. Modifications Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation = acceptance. 16. Governing Law Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. 17. Minimum Activity Requirement To remain active in the Program, Affiliates must maintain consistent performance. Activity Requirement Affiliates must generate at least one of the following within any 90-day rolling period: – At least one (1) Qualified Sale, OR – $1,000+ in total Net Revenue generated Inactive Status If an Affiliate fails to meet the minimum activity requirement: – Their account may be marked as inactive – Tracking links and codes may be disabled – Access to the Program may be revoked Reactivation Company may, at its sole discretion, allow reactivation upon request. Reactivation is not guaranteed and may require re-approval. Reserved Rights The Company reserves the right to: – Remove inactive Affiliates without notice – Reassign or deactivate unused affiliate codes – Reallocate resources toward active, performing Affiliates I have read and agree to the Redacted Research Affiliate Program Terms (v2026-03-26).
